The Lawyer's FALSE Sworn Statement the Charges and Facts Were True

The contractor's lawyer personally certified and swore the facts, accounting, and documents were true and correct. That sworn statement was false.  The arbitrator determined the document fled as the contract was not the contract.  It is a felony to file a fraudulent document in an official proceeding.  Judge Stacey Mathews ignored this crime and the associated perjury by the lawyer and contractor.
