Assisting Victims of Williamson County Family Court Racketeering
The Texas Association for Children and Families (TACF), a Texas nonprofit association, is seeking to restore the legal rights of individuals who have been, or will be, subjected to family court decisions in Texas, and seek compensation for those individuals who have been harmed by family court in Williamson County, Texas.
TACF’s mission is to assist families and children statewide with issues that affect them, including the protection of their legal rights as well as aiding them in accessing resources.
TACF has documented a pattern of activity in the Williamson County family courts and has retained counsel to represent the association on behalf of families who have been victims of documented illegal and unethical conduct by the Williamson County family court system and court-ordered "professionals" who profit from the decision of those family courts.
To date, dozens of families have complained of extortion, fraud, threats and intimidation, interference with CPS investigations, witness tampering, the sale of false and perjured testimony by a group of ad litems, family "counselors," and other family law practitioners in Williamson County.
TACF has documented a pattern of criminal activity and civil rights violations in the Williamson County family courts, and has retained counsel to represent the association on behalf of families who have been victims. The deliberate practices have resulted in family law cases being fraudulently extended for years for the purpose of draining family financial assets.
The criminal activity and violations include the ordering of repeated rounds of expensive and unnecessary counseling and evaluations, excessive and fraudulent billing, double and even triple billing of families and their insurance companies, the denial of hearings, visitation, threats and other intimidation to anyone who complains of fraud or fails to pay the exorbitant fees being demanded. The denial of hearing transcripts and other information to prevent appeals, denial of court hearings if individuals cannot afford up to hundreds of thousands of dollars in fees, closed court sessions without a court reporter recorder, and other illegal and harmful acts that are not in the best interest of children or their families in Williamson county.
TACF intends to seek federal injunctions to put a stop to the criminal and civil rights violations which have cost families in Williamson county hundreds of thousands of dollars and caused immeasurable harm to children caught in the middle of a never ending loop of extortion.
TACF believes there are many victims in Williamson County who are not aware of their rights. If you believe you have been a victim, or have useful evidence or testimony please contact TACF at: texaschildrenandfamilies@gmail.com or you can find TACF on Facebook. You may be eligible to join the federal lawsuit, as a plaintiff, and help end the destructive family court racketeering in Williamson County, Texas.
